We work with passion every day to bring you the highest-quality artisan products:

From 6 to 8 pm we have something special for those who know how an afternoon snack should be done. Our signature item, available only at this hour: a warm croissant, filled with the artisan ice cream flavour of your choice — simply irresistible.

The lighthouse and the district it named

The Cullera Lighthouse has guided ships along the Costa del Azahar for over a century. The whole coastal neighbourhood — Faro de Cullera — takes its name from it. It stretches south of central Cullera, between the sea and the cape. The quietest beaches, the best sunset viewpoints, and us, are all here.

A small project, open to everyone

Gelateria El Faro is a small project run by women, open to everyone. The space is wheelchair accessible, we're LGBTQ+ friendly, and well-behaved dogs are welcome on the terrace.

What kind of place is Gelateria El Faro?

We are an artisan ice cream shop in Faro de Cullera. The current menu includes ice cream cups and cones, classic and premium slushies, artisan popsicles, fartons, waffles, iced coffee, iced tea, milkshakes, water and coffee.

How much does an ice cream cost?

Cups are €3.70 small, €4.70 medium, €5.50 large and €11.00 for 1/2 L. Cones are €3.70 small, €4.70 medium and €5.50 large. Artisan popsicles cost €2.50.

What ice cream flavours do you have?

Flavours rotate according to season and availability. The best option is to check the display case when you arrive and choose from the flavours available that day.

Do you have slushies?

Yes. We offer classic slushies from €3.20 and premium slushies from €3.50. You can also add ice cream to a slushie depending on the size, as shown on the current menu board.

Do you have options for allergens or special diets?

Some flavours may vary according to availability. Ask us in-store to confirm the day’s options and allergen information before ordering.

What waffles do you serve?

We serve plain waffle for €3.50, waffle with cream for €4.00 and the option to add ice cream for €2.50, according to the current menu board.

Do you accept card payments?

Yes, we accept cash and credit/debit cards.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there is free parking around the Cullera Lighthouse area. In summer, especially around sunset, we recommend arriving early because the area fills up fast.
